"Today's Ukrainian youth are the leaders of change. But it is important for you to understand what exactly each of you can do for this."

The system of market relations objectively determines the presence of risk in all areas of economic activity. The market environment introduces elements of uncertainty into the activities of enterprises and causes a variety of risk situations that arise under specific conditions and circumstances. Risk situations create the conditions for the existence and realization of economic risk, which almost all enterprises face in the course of their activities. Lack of complete information, elements of randomness and other economic conditions of business lead to the difficulty of predictability of the management process, as most management decisions of the company are made in conditions of uncertainty and business risk. In such circumstances, companies should not avoid risk, but rather be able to properly assess its degree and manage it directly to limit its impact on their operations. Such business conditions, in turn, lead to an increase in the role of marketing as a key area of enterprise management, where considerable attention is paid to the study of risky aspects of business activities, the search for effective methods of control, assessment and monitoring of risks and the creation of.

The issues raised by the lecturer are extremely important for modern Ukraine, the development of Ukrainian education, science, and business in the country's postwar reconstruction. Such lectures and discussions are also an opportunity to establish cooperation with new partners and launch new projects.

We would also like to thank Mr. Mark Siegel for his great work in helping Ukraine. Mark Siegel, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, has been coordinating humanitarian aid to people affected by Russia's war against Ukraine.

Our strength is in unity and mutual responsibility. We all work together to protect Ukraine. Of course, we have different fronts, but the victory will be the same for all of us.
