On October 17, 2023 at the KNUTD exhibition centre “Art Space”, Anatoliy Shapoval, graphic artist, professor of the Department of Multimedia Design, held a lecture on the topic “Subrealism is an artistic method in art based on the reproduction of reality” for students of the educational program "Multimedia Design" of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education.

Art exhibition "Ukraine is WE!" is a creative project that illuminates the present of our lives, presents a collection of 22 works by an artist who demonstrates his mastery in airbrush techniques – tempera and acrylic.

During the lecture, the artist explained the history of the origin of the airbrush technique, outlined the direction of subrealism, talked about various methods and technological approaches, about subrealism, an artistic method in art based on the reproduction of reality, and also shared his own discoveries in practical work that give the opportunity to masterfully create new pictures.

Visitors to the exhibition had the opportunity not only to enjoy art but also to understand how art can become a source of sensory perception of existence and discovery of the inner world.
